Loyalty is the one thing you don't own yet.

Starbucks turned a coffee run into a points game people open every morning. Here is the thing: they spend millions trying to fake what Sparky's already has, a real local following. You opened in November 2016, your 10-year anniversary and the Kahului expansion land this November, and after the Lahaina fires you fed roughly 10,000 people in 48 hours. That is not a customer list, that is an ohana. A rewards app turns that goodwill into repeat visits you can actually see and reward.

02 / Why us, why now

We already live inside your Square.

Hoku, your AI order line, already writes real orders into your Square, prices them from your live catalog, and sends payment links, across all three locations. The app reuses that exact plumbing. The only new piece is the rewards layer on top. You are not starting from zero, you are adding a floor to a house that is already standing.

Two ways to earn, one balance.

1Sign in with a phone number. The same number Square Loyalty uses at the register.
2Buy anything, earn automatically. Square Loyalty adds points on every in-store purchase, no app needed at the counter.
3Post, tag, review, refer, earn bonus points. The organic actions Square can't see, we track in a Lonely Pine points layer.
4Both roll into one balance and tier. The customer sees a single number. Redeem at the counter or in the app.
Straight talk: the rewards engine is the real new work here, a Square Loyalty integration plus a custom points layer for the organic side. In v1, Instagram points use a light assist (submit your post, we confirm it). Fully automatic verification is a v2 upgrade, not a v1 promise.
